SB 68 - Currently, subpoenas for witnesses issued at the request of a member of the General Assembly are issued under the hand of the president or the speaker of the house. This act provides that the subpoenas shall be issued under the hand of the Lieutenant Governor, the President pro tem of the Senate or the Speaker of the House. This act also authorizes the issuance of subpoenas for the production of records. JIM ERTLE
